The Employee Smiles Committee (ESC) is a cross-functional group comprised of team members across our portfolio of practices designed to do just that.
The Employee Smiles Committee organizes quarterly events and initiatives designed to demonstrate what makes working in a Spark-affiliated practice a rewarding and engaging experience. We’re looking for new members to kickstart 2024. Committee Members are expected to participate for a one-year term.
